It is 21 March 1980 and Bob Marley, Jacob Miller, Junior Marvin, and Chris Blackwell are on the island of St. Maarten after spending some time in Rio de Janeiro, Brasil. Marley, Miller, and Marvin are interviewed by journalist Elton Jones. It is Marley at his most controversial as he takes on race, politics, and music.
