The following interview appeared in Baltimore’s black newspaper The Baltimore Afro-American on September 12, 1981. When the interview appeared in the paper, Peter was in the U.S. mid-west playing consecutive dates in cities like Lawrence, Madison, Minneapolis, Chicago, Cleveland, and Ann Arbor. Tosh would finally make it to Baltimore to perform live the following year. He appeared with Jimmy Cliff at Owings Mills, MD on September 26, 1982 – a date which we uncovered here at MIDNIGHT RAVER.
