Hugh Mundell is a pivotal figure in the development of reggae and the Rockers lifestyle and sound. A protoge of Augustus Pablo, he wrote and performed one of the most groundbreaking albums in reggae at the tender age of thirteen, 1978’s Africa Must Be Free By 1983.
