LEGENDARY REGGAE 
It’s has to be Lee Scratch Perry. That’s the heaviest thing I’ve heard in a while. The other nominees are more pop than reggae, especially SOJA and Ziggy. Sean Paul and Shaggy’s records are from 2013. How did they get nominated? There are some decent tunes on the Shaggy record though.
