Mastered by Bob Macc at SC Mastering and distributed by Cygnus Music, the EP features Jeroen Verschueren AKA Digid. Hailing from Sint-Niklaas, Belgium he started playing the guitar at 8 years old, discovering more modern dance music during his later school years and beginning to experiment with production. More recently inspired by roots music, his output has shifted to reflect wider influences and some of these more dubwise tracks have found a fitting home in the MindStep Music catalogue.

Opening track Silky & Smooth is a meditative low-shuffling stepper and introduces distinctive themes of the Digid sound with crisp percussion and warm low end. The upfull chanting melodies of Positive Vibration will have you skanking out – a firm favourite in the dance!

March 2 Babylon comes with a commanding lead that gives way to some straight up militant stepping and Righteous Soldier rings in with a jubilant horn signal and sub weight to test any sound system!

To add a further dimension, Digid has created dub mixes of 3 tracks, Dub Vibration, Dub 2 Babylon and Righteous Dub all of which complete the EP!
