Cedric Myton, lead singer of legendary roots reggae group The Congos has informed the MIDNIGHT RAVER BLOG that the new album titled “BLOODLINE DNA” will be “soon come.”  According to Myton, the group’s management is currently looking at several dates at the moment.  We can expect The Congos to  release several singles ahead of the album, however they have not yet settled on which will be their first.
The Congos are a reggae vocal group from Jamaica active on and off from the mid-1970s until the present day. They are best known for their groundbreaking Heart of the Congos album, recorded with Lee “Scratch” Perry.
