On the menu?  Jerk chicken (made with Doctor Dread’s Jerk Seasoning and Rub), rice, and peas.  Doctor Dread’s Jerk Seasoning and Rub is a new jerk seasoning line from our good friend Doctor Dread, former chief of RAS Records and current owner and chief of Tafari Music.
