“As a fan of Augustus Pablo I had an idea to fuse the modern dub techno sound with Dub reggae roots so I searched and asked Addis Pablo (Son Augustus Pablo) who carries his tradition today If I could work with him on one of his tracks, he was very nice enough to send me the parts. Its very cool to understand and collaborate with other music cultures, still keeping the techno in mind. The track has the elements from the original and I included some voices of Augustus Pablo himself.”
